2002 Winterguard Productions Announced

The Southern Knights organisation are extremely pleased to announce their 2002 Winterguard productions together with details of membership and staffing.

Rugrats
As with previous years the Rugrats will continue to provide the audience with a fun show which is designed to give these youngest members of the Knights a performance they can enjoy and is also

Performing to Don't Tell Me by Madonna in the Cadet Class this season there will be 14 members of the Rugrats and their staff of Sharron Cole, Karen Parris and Kristina Longford have called their show 'Daisy Chain'.  No prizes for guessing the costume and colours to be used in 2002 :-).

Juniors
Following last years success, the Cadet Guard has now been renamed to Southern Knights Juniors and will be performing a show entitled 'Stars' to the music of Mel C (Northern Star) in the Junior Class.

Membership has slightly increased and the 13 members, including 3 new to the activity and 1 member up from the Rugrats is being taught by the same staff as last year, Karen Parris and Sandra Harris.

Seniors
2000 saw the successful return of the Southern Knights to Open Class competition and, building on this, 2002 has seen the Guard increase in size to 15 and we welcome the members from 6th Hove Scouts and 37th Kingswood who have joined us for the winter.

The show, entitled 'A Floor In Four Acts', features various versions of Windmills Of My Mind and is being produced by a staff of Sharron Cole, Dave Parris, Michael Spiteri, Terry Jefcoate, Gavin Woodhead, Kirsty Church and Mike Tiley.
