We are pleased to announce that the theme for the Southern Knights Rugrats 2000 Winterguard show will be "Down In The Jungle".

The music will be - Inkanyezi Nezazi (otherwise known as the music from the Heinz advert) (Lady Smith Mambazo), The Lion Sleeps Tonight (Tight Fit) and Excerpts from the movie George Of The Jungle and they will be competing in the Cadet Class of the Drum Corps United Kingdom Winterguard Circuit.

Membership of the Rugrats has increased over the summer months from the 12 that marched the 1999 Winterguard season to over 20, with ages ranging from 4 to 8 years old.

The Guard will be taught by Sharron Cole (Guard Director) and Karen Freemantle with extra help from some of the older members.

The Cadet Guard will be announcing their 2000 show on Monday 27th September.
